Service lines

Six lines, one desk.

Each line is scoped individually and delivered through qualified partners. Sizes, quantities and temperatures are confirmed in writing for every requirement.

Also available: website and social media services

For public-facing programs and partner organizations that need a clear digital presence, West Paces also offers practical website development and social media marketing.

Registration & bidding

Stated plainly.

Registered in SAM.gov · Active for federal subcontracting

We are beginning to use BonfireHub for public-sector bidding where agencies host solicitations there. Share the public opportunity link and response deadline so our procurement department can review the requirement. A submitted bid or quote is not an award.

We have supported work involving FEMA, GEMA and the Florida Department of Emergency Management. These references do not imply endorsement or a contract award.

Please send public references only. Do not email passwords, credentials or private bidder information.

Engagement

From requirement to delivery.

  1. 01

    Scope intake

Send the public solicitation reference or a written scope by email: equipment, trades, quantities, temperatures, locations, dates and documentation requirements.

  2. 02

    Review

We review fit, partner availability, site conditions and timeline, and ask clarifying questions before anything is priced.

  3. 03

    Written confirmation

Where the request is a fit, we return a fixed, all-in quote or bid response. Nothing is committed until terms are confirmed in writing by both sides.

  4. 04

    Coordinated delivery

Qualified partners, equipment and logistics are coordinated through one contracting party, with a single point of contact and one invoice.

Emergency and disaster-recovery support is reviewed per request and subject to availability. It is not a dispatch, rescue or guaranteed deployment service. For life-threatening emergencies, call 911.

How we work

Quiet
accountability.

One accountable party

West Paces Contracting, LLC is the single commercial contracting party. Equipment and licensed trades are coordinated through qualified partners, with one contact responsible for the commercial engagement.

Plain written terms

Fixed, all-in invoicing. First-time clients COD, returning clients Net 30, and card payments carry no processing fee.

Scope-led planning

Each requirement receives an individual review of partner availability, site conditions and timing before commitments are confirmed. Emergency-support requests follow the same clear confirmation process.

Regional depth, national reach

Work considered across the United States, with particular emphasis on Georgia, Florida and the wider Southeast.
