West Paces Contracting is a general subcontracting firm headquartered in Winter Park, Florida. We are retained by general contractors, property principals, and facility groups for work that must be delivered correctly the first time — and documented well enough to never be revisited.
We are not the largest firm available to you. That is deliberate. A curated roster of trade partners, a scope defined in writing, and a principal who answers the telephone. Capacity is allocated to a limited number of engagements at a time, which is why the standard never moves.

Scope
The work is defined in writing before anyone mobilizes. Deliverables, windows, and terms — settled in advance, in full.
Mobilize
The correct crew and the correct equipment, on site at the hour agreed. Nothing is discovered on the first morning.
Execute
Supervised daily and documented as we go. Issues are surfaced early and resolved before they reach your schedule.
Close Out
Punch list cleared, documentation delivered, site left immaculate. The engagement concludes when you say it does.
