Government contracting and emergency-response FAQs.
What government contracting services does West Paces coordinate?
West Paces Contracting coordinates refrigerated and freezer trailer rentals, restroom trailers, HVAC, refrigeration and electrical trades, ice supply and logistics for government procurement teams, emergency-management operators and prime contractors. West Paces is the single commercial contracting party for the agreed engagement.
Where are government and disaster-response services available?
West Paces coordinates project-based services nationwide, including Georgia, Florida and the Southeast. Equipment availability, site suitability, partner scope and scheduling are confirmed after review; the Atlanta office is not a limit on service coverage.
What refrigerated trailer sizes can agencies request?
Agencies can request small refrigerated trailer rentals between 7×12 and 7×16 feet, as well as 53-foot refrigerated and freezer trailers. Include required temperatures, quantities, site utilities, placement details and rental dates so procurement can review the scope.
How can an agency or prime contractor request a scope?
Submit the emergency-response request form or contact the West Paces Procurement Department, Government & Public Services Sector, at gov@westpacesco.com or 678-720-4572. Include site locations, equipment needs, dates and agency procurement requirements. A public solicitation or purchase-order reference may be included if applicable.
Does submitting an emergency request confirm a deployment?
No. Submitting a request starts a commercial scope review; it is not a booking, approval or dispatch. Availability and scheduling require confirmation. For life-threatening emergencies, call 911.
