Ice delivery questions

Can West Paces coordinate bulk ice for events and public-service operations?

Yes. West Paces coordinates project-based ice supply and logistics for venues, hospitality operations and emergency replenishment. Agencies and prime contractors can also submit ice requirements for staging and recovery operations.

What information is needed to request ice delivery?

Specify the required quantity, type or packaging requirements, delivery location, dates, delivery window, unloading access and on-site contact. Supply and freight arrangements are reviewed against the requested scope.

Is emergency ice delivery guaranteed on submission?

No. An inquiry begins a scope and availability review, not a confirmed delivery. Source availability, freight, site access and scheduling must be confirmed before a delivery is agreed.
